Safety and patient satisfaction are of utmost importance to me and are the foundation of my practice.  I introduce new products and treatments into my practice after careful research and if I believe that they will truly provide benefits to my patients.

Dysport, made by Medicis, the trusted makers of well known facial fillers Restylane and Perlane, is an exciting new FDA-approved alternative to Botox.  Dysport, available now in our office, is effective in treating wrinkles such as “worry” or “frown” lines between the eyebrows, horizontal lines across the forehead, and crow’s feet.  Allergan, the makers of Botox, has enjoyed many years without competition and Dysport is the first new player to enter the scene.

I personally perform all injectable treatments in our office.  A Dysport treatment can be completed in about 15 minutes and you can return to your regular activities immediately afterwards.  The effects of Dysport can be seen in some patients in only one day and can last up to about 6 months.  Dysport is being used by patients who have stopped responding to Botox as well as patients who have never tried Botox.  I have injected patients in both of these categories and each has responded well and are happy with their results.
