Appointments

Please call us at 732-410-4789 to schedule an appointment. Alternatively, you may e-mail us at info@thompsonplasticsurgerycenter.com. Our friendly and courteous office staff members will be happy to arrange a convenient time for you.

Office Hours

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday	9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Tuesday	9:00 am to 9:00 pm

Cancellations

Should you be unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice.

Emergencies

Should you have an emergency, please call 9-1-1 or report to the emergency room at the hospital in your area. Dr. Thompson may be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the event of an emergency. Should you have the need to contact Dr. Thompson emergently outside of regular office hours, you may do so by contacting our regular office telephone number,
732-410-4789, and holding for the after-hours answering service operator.

Questions

If you have a medical question that only a doctor can answer, your message will be taken and your call returned by Dr. Thompson as soon as possible. Non-medical questions can be answered by a qualified staff member. Insurance related questions can be answered by our Insurance Liaison, Sheila.

Insurance

Our office participates with some insurance plans so please be sure to verify participation at the time you make your appointment. Some plans offer out-of-network benefits so you may qualify for coverage even in the event our office does not participate in your particular plan. Insurance coverage for covered procedures varies among different companies. Our Insurance Liaison will be pleased to assist you in determining your eligibility. Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, Personal Checks and Cash.
Please note that a $35 charge will be applied to returned checks.
